We believe that the world of art and culture must provide
a forum for all voices that make up Israeli society.
We're well aware that opportunity is not provided equally to everyone. Our mission is to locate gifted teenagers who come from the economic, social, and geographic periphery and guide them through the world of art and filmmaking in Israel.
Our Mission
All talented young men and women who are willing to work hard, have the right to become the artists and craftspeople they aspire to be.
They meet us when they're 16 years old and we expose them to the world of cinematic arts across a whole decade of their lives, expanding their knowledge and supporting them emotionally and financially, until they complete their academic studies. When they graduate, we assist in integrating them into the Israeli world of creation.

Our mission is to drive social change
in the domestic filmmaking world by expanding the range of voices and stories which receive exposure. We do this by supporting young, promising creators from the country’s periphery.
Our Centers
Our centers are located throughout Israel. A participant’s journey begins in 11th or 12th grade, when they meet at their local center. When they first arrive, the idea that one day they’ll belong to Israel’s art world is just a distant dream. After 2 years of workshops, guidance, and support from the local centers, it becomes entirely possible that their talents and dreams will materialize into a budding career.
